My experience in the area of dance and the effect this has on the body and its movements comes into all aspects of my personal training tuition. I adapt the exercises and processes individually to the needs of the body and together we develop an efficient training programme. Specific muscle groups are strengthened, overloaded or stiff areas are relaxed, and areas lacking in elasticity once again become supple. In this way I aspire after a holistic and balanced shaping of the body which shows significant results after only a short period of time.
Personal training can be undertaken individually or as a group of two: CHF 80- to 120.
